Eddie Arraya
Chief Operating officer
Eddie joined the Illuminate family in November of 2020 bringing a wealth of diverse experience to help in the management of our firm’s operations. Prior to joining Illuminate, he spent years working in government, management and sales positions. Eddie’s daily motivation is being able to connect with the life story of others and providing caring service that helps people know they are valued.
In addition to his daily role in managing operations, Eddie is also currently being mentored by Ben Hockema in all the complexities of the financial planning industry and is planning to be eligible to take the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER certification exam in 2022. A long-term goal for Eddie will be to open and manage multiple offices in Florida while growing a team of advisors that ultimately help clients transition from financial uncertainty to calming clarity.
When not working in the day-to-day management of Illuminate, you are likely to find Eddie spending time with his wife and three kids, exercising or reading.
